  • Please notify your diagnosis, symptoms, the purpose of doctor consultation, any questions in advance.
  • If you have a medical record, please send it by photo or file in advance.
  • Please tell us your past and family medical history and medications you are taking.
  • Please tell us your Alien registration number and Korean National insurance (if available).

Doctor Appointment must be made at least one day prior to consultation.

  • If you do not make an appointment in advance, but still want to see a doctor, you might wait for a long time because the appointed patients are given preference.
  • As some specialists might not be available due to an emergency situation, conference, or schedule conflict, please contact us to check the available time in advance.
  • In case of emergency, you may go to the Emergency Center directly without an appointment.
 

If you want treatment within a day, you may have to wait for a long time because the reserved patients are preferentially treated, and due to the situation in the department (Surgery, emergent patient, seminar, etc.) the service may not be available, so check before you visit via phone.

 

In case of emergency, if you need an urgent treatment, you can go to the emergency room.
