Recruitment of volunteer workers for foreign patients and overseas business field

Qualification :

• Who wants to serve for international promotion of Ulsan University Hospital, improvement for convenient and better medical service for foreign patients, overseas medical trainee.
• Who are planning to live in Ulsan for minimum 3 months
• Foreigner with Korean and English ability
• Korean with multi-language ability
• At least 18 years old
• People with overseas medical field experience preferred
• Others(Individual counselling)

• Foreign patient guide
• Interpretation : Interpretation between staffs(Reception, payment, hospital guide, examination room)
• Interpretation : Interpretation between medical staff related to clinic(Nurse, doctor, examination specialized field : Require hospital review)
• Translation : Translation of general hospital guide
• Translation : Translation of medical relevant examination and guide Description
• Translation : Hospital promotion Contents(General Contents)
• Translation : Hospital promotion Contents(Brochure : clinic, specialized disease field, hospital promotion presentation material)
• Translation : Overseas business field(Marketing, business proposal, paper or verbal communication with business partner – Applicants with ability in only one field can limit the range in advance
• Education : Language acquisition training for staff(English, Chinese)
• Overseas site business and marketing promotion field
• Buddy with overseas medical trainee : Interpretation, Ulsan tour, Information on Korean life
• Others(Individual counsel)

Form of activity

After the hospital review, according to possible task range, hospital guide, Translation and interpretation in International clinic center, paper work relevant to overseas business according to hospital policy in other administration divisions.

Selection standard :

• Control period by individual counsel
• Certification of volunteer work for periodical activity after completion : Minimum 1 month, more than twice a week
